Eleven kids are amongst 26 Syrian civilians killed by Russian air strikes on Islamic State territory within the southwestern province of Daraa, in line with the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The air raids struck quite a few cities managed by Jaish Khalid ibn al-Walid, an Islamic State affiliate and rival of the allied Syrian and Russian governments in addition to Syrian insurgent teams, the monitor mentioned.
