Erika Jayne is dealing with another legal fight.
According to a court order gotten by E! News, a judge ruled that the Ruigomez household, who are previous customers of Erika’s separated spouse, Tom Girardi, might sue her for the $11 million he supposedly owes them from a 2013 settlement.
As E! News formerly reported, Tom represented the household in a claim versus the Pacific Gas & Electric business, after their child, Joseph Ruigomez, suffered near-fatal injuries from a gas line surge. At the time, they were granted a concealed quantity as part of a settlement, however, as Kathy Ruigomez declared in the ABC News documentary The Hustler & The Housewife, Tom supposedly guaranteed to invest the settlement cash and offer Joseph a regular monthly allowance.
However, the household informed ABC News Tom supposedly stopped paying out the settlement cash and the household effectively taken legal action against Tom for legal malpractice and acquired a judgment order versus him in April 2020.
