Looks like Bobby Flay beat his agreement problems!
Flay will continue cooking on television after all, as Food Network revealed onNov 22 that he had actually signed a three-year agreement that will start when his existing agreement ends at the end of the year. This news comes less than 2 months after Variety revealed the Daytime Emmy Award– winning chef’s departure from the network due to agreement settlement problems.
And not just is he returning, he’s returning huge, as he’s set to produce brand-new material for Food Network in addition to other Discovery platforms. The brand-new agreement consists of the extension of Beat Bobby Flay in addition to a brand-new series, Bobby and Sophie on the Coast, including Flay together with his child Sophie, set to premiere in 2022.
