Former junior lightweight, lightweight, welterweight and super-lightweight world champion is doing time
ADRIEN ‘THE PROBLEM’ BRONER – the four-weight world champion tipped to replace Floyd Mayweather as boxing’s biggest star – has been jailed.
The troubled America is serving three days behind bars for contempt of court after pleading guilty to a disorderly conduct charge from an incident back in 2014.
In April, Broner had another brush with the law when he was arrested after being stopped by police in a car that was riddled with bullet holes.

And in January 2016 he was charged with felonious assault and aggravated robbery following the incident in a bowling alley.
Eventually the charges were dropped after the victim failed to attend two court hearings.
He is a former world champion at junior lightweight, lightweight, welterweight and super-lightweight – and Ring Magazine once rated him as the fifth best pound-for-pound fighter in the world.
And, in October 2016, the hard man suffered a social media meltdown when he started threatening to commit suicide.
The supreme talent posted a photo of a gun with the caption: “I’m going home. I love ya’ll.”
