Days after saying the delivery of her son, singer Alanis Morissette shared a photograph of herself breastfeeding on-line — and acknowledged it isn’t all the time a simple activity.
“Cosy as a bug in a milky rug,” the Grammy winner wrote with a hashtag that stated: “Not all the time simple peasy.”
Morissette, 45, welcomed her third little one, a boy named Winter Mercy Morissette-Treadway, into the world on Aug. Eight. She introduced his delivery on Instagram quickly after, and on Saturday confirmed a photograph of him feeding.

The social media put up inspired breastfeeding, as she used a breastfeeding mom emoji and tagged varied individuals and teams that promote the act: Cease Censoring Motherhood, The Pump Station & Nurtury, Normalize Breastfeeding and The Badass Breastfeeder.

The new child is Morissette’s third little one along with her husband, rapper Mario Treadway. The couple has one other son, Eight-year-old Ever Imrie, and a 2-year-old daughter, Onyx Solace.
The 45-year-old singer-songwriter first revealed her being pregnant on Instagram in March.
