Bolton boxer was a pundit on Sky coverage of Kell Brook’s fight and called out his British rival
AMIR KHAN says he wants to finally make a battle with British rival Kell Brook happen next summer.
The Bolton boxer watched Brook lose his IBF welterweight crown to Errol Spence Jr at Bramall Lane on Saturday night.
Brook suffered a fractured eye socket again as he was stopped in the 11th round by his American opponent in front of almost 30,000 people at the home of Sheffield United.

Khan was a pundit on Sky Sports Box Office’s coverage of the fight and thinks him and Brook could get it on in a pay-per-view blockbuster after years of stalled negotiations.
“I would 100 per cent like to fight him,” Khan said after Brook’s defeat.
“A fight between me and Kell Brook is a pay-per-view fight and maybe next summer after a tune up fight we could be back here.”

Khan continued his war of words with Brook on Twitter after the fight on Saturday.
After questioning Brook’s heart once he was knocked down for the first time by Spence Jr, Khan then took to social media.
He tweeted: “I got beat in the war I had with Canelo, Brook showed no respect! but I wish him and his family all best and hope he has no serious injury.”
When asked about his next opponent, Brook said: “I’ll have to talk to (promoter) Eddie (Hearn). I’ll fight anyone, whenever, wherever the money is.”
