A passenger aircraft carrying no less than 66 passengers and crew members crashed within the mountains in central Iran on Sunday and other people on board died, the airplane firm instructed state press.
The aircraft, a 20-year-old ATR-72 flown by Iran’s Aseman Airways, left Tehran at round 5 a.m. native time and was en path to Yasuj when it disappeared from radar.
