Incredible stats reveal the Brit has been racking up massive numbers ahead of his superfight against Klitschko
ANTHONY JOSHUA demolishes an incredible 4,500 calories a DAY as he bids to tighten his world title belt by beating Wladimir Klitschko.
The Brit has been in an intense 98-day training camp ahead of the sell-out fight at Wembley Stadium, which includes nearly eight marathons and the amount of bike riding that would take him from Manchester to London.
And against big puncher Klitschko, 41, Joshua needs to summon up all the energy he can, while plugging away for EIGHT hours a day in order to go 12 rounds in the ring against his rival.

For breakfast, Joshua wolfs down over 1,000 calories, with porridge, FIVE poached eggs, wholemeal toast, fruit and yoghurt on his menu.
Then for lunch he packs in more protein, with two salmon filets, jacket potatoes and salad.
But his biggest meal of the day by far is AJ’s dinner.
He packs in a WHOLE chicken (with no skin), hummus, a cup of rice and half an avocado.
And not to forget any recovery shakes and protein drinks the 27-year-old consumes between meals and that’s a big old calories count.
Then there is the amount of training he has to do, which includes 210 miles of running, 350km of cycling and over 660 ROUNDS of punching.
Of course, there are big levels of respect for Joshua and Klitschko, the pair have a professional admiration going back a few years.

Joshua currently sports a faultless record of 18 wins and zero defeats, but he has never fought a name the size and scale of Klitschko.
Of course the Ukrainian has held the WBA, IBF and WBO heavyweight titles, but his reputation suffered damage when he lost to Tyson Fury in Germany in 2015.
