ANTHONY JOSHUA reckons he could go all the way with replacement rival Carlos Takam – as the heavyweight challenger has a concrete head.
After Kubrat Pulev pulled out with a should injury, losing £4million, AJ’s friends and fans assumed he would be lining up a sitting duck next for is 20th fight.
But the WBA and IBF king says the French-Cameroon brawler is as hard as nails and will be dragging the Olympic golden boy over hot coals.
Joshua said: “I have known about Carlos Takam for a long time, he is well rounded and has been moving up the IBF rankings.
“He’s strong, he’s from Africa and he’s game, he has had one world-title shot and some people don’t make the same mistake twice. This is his chance to shock the world.
“Takam is already as tough as they come, he walks forward and that is disheartening for a fighter to see – I want to see what fire he will walk through to get this belt.
“I like Takam because he moves well and likes to box, and then later on he likes to plant his feet and trade.
“I have had sparring partners coming in to try to knock me out and I have had to hit them with a body shot, so that will help.
“I think he’s durable and he’ll be even more durable because is not favourite and he is in hospitable surroundings.
“People are asking me what round and I say 10-12 because this guy’s head is like a block of cement.”

“20 and 20 isn’t bad but they’ll ask me about the 21st then, I don’t want to lose and I won’t give up.
