Heavyweight champ says he gets pushed to his limits by his trainer who has coached him since his amateur days
ANTHONY JOSHUA admits he sometimes feels ready to hit trainer Rob McCracken to show he can actually punch.
The IBF world heavyweight champ has been schooled by McCracken since his days as an amateur, which ended in gold-medal glory at London 2012.
McCracken is known as one of the hardest taskmasters in the fight game and has got tougher than usual with AJ, who defends his title against Wladimir Klitschko next Saturday at Wembley Stadium.

Joshua reckons he gets pushed so hard that it is only his rigorous discipline that keeps him from lashing out.
The Watford hero revealed: “I get angry quite easy when I am tired from training. I get angry with Rob because he pushes me all the time.
“When he is telling me I am doing things wrong, I want to give him a left hook to see if it is really that bad.
“He says it is bad and I am thinking, ‘I want to miss the pad here and crack and see’.
“But you have to just control yourself and that is the discipline of boxing. You have to stay level-headed even when you want to lose your head.”

Brummie McCracken, 48, a former middleweight who once fought for the world title, can take a punch though.
Joshua, 27, revealed: “Kal Yafai, the light-bantamweight world champion, was doing a session with Rob the other day.
“He told me he lost all confidence because he missed the pad and hit Rob with a right hand and he was just standing there.”
Joshua is certain Klitschko will start playing mind games when he arrives in London next week.
He said: “You really have to get under my skin to wind me up. It is a bit of an issue because I don’t want to get fines or bans.
“I am not the best verbally so I try to reserve and control myself.”
