The developers of Better Call Saul are making dreams come to life.

Vince Gilligan and Peter Gould verified to Variety that a Breaking Bad crossover remains in the works after they were questioned about a possible look from Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul However, Gould was not able to validate if the crossover includes the O.G. stars, just stating, “These two worlds collide in a way that you’ve never seen before, that’s for sure.”

Gilligan played coy too, responding, “It would be a damn pity if the program ended without [Cranston and Paul] appearing, would it not?”

Better Call Saul‘s 6th season premieres April 18 on AMC and occurs prior to Saul (Bob Odenkirk) is hired by Walter White (Cranston) and Jesse Pinkman (Paul). That being stated, the spinoff is reaching the timeline of Breaking Bad, so it’s not out of the concern that Walter and Jesse would make a cameo.

Odenkirk teased that season 6 gains ground and sees Jimmy McGill’s improvement into SaulGoodman “And now in this final season, I see much bigger things happening, much faster,” he informed Entertainment Weekly “It’s just a more turbulent show. The plotting just gets amped up.”
