The Blink-182 vocalist, who just recently exposed he has phase 4 scattered big B-cell lymphoma, provided fans a positive health upgrade on Monday, July 19. 

“Scans indicate that the chemo is working!” he tweeted. “I still have months of treatment ahead, but it’s the best possible news.”

Mark, 49, shared, “I’m so grateful and confused and also sick from last week’s chemo. But the poison the doctors pump into me and the kind thoughts and wishes of people around me are destroying this cancer.”

“Just gonna keep fighting…” included the artist, who shares 18-year-old Jack Hoppus with his spouse of 20 years, Skye Everly. He later on joked that it needs to be “Chemotherapy Gary” in location of their tune title “Dysentery Gary.”
