WASHINGTON WIZARDS all-star Bradley Beal joked he needs to swap sons with Wayne Rooney.
The 25-year-old met Rooney final month when the DC United striker took son Kai, 9, to a Wizards NBA sport.
And Beal, who will lead Washington towards the New York Knicks at London’s O2 Area tonight, was impressed by Kai’s basketball abilities.
Beal mentioned: “We’re doing a son trade – I’m going to present him my son and take his son and be taught totally different sports activities.
“He has 4 children and one in every of them was in our locker room dribbling the ball so I used to be like ‘hey I’ll train him basketball and you may train my son soccer’.”

Beal expects a tough challenge from the Knicks in the ninth NBA regular-season game to be played in the UK despite New York’s tough start to the season.
Both teams are missing key stars through injury with John Wall out for the Wizards and Kristaps Porzingis absent for the Knicks.
Beal said: “They’re (New York) a good team. We always compete against them.
“It’s always chippy when we play against them and it will definitely be the same in London – a loud, energetic court for both teams.
“We’re excited to play in front of London fans.
“Every time we step onto the floor we try and give our best effort.
“The game is global and I think it’s the best game in the world.
“It’s not just the US, it’s everywhere around the world. I embrace it, I think the world embraces it and we’re continuing to try and build the sport.”
