    A four-year-old kid has actually been bitten and dragged along the ground by a pet dog outside a shopping center.

    Witnesses are prompted to come forward after the Staffordshire Bull Terrier bit the kid at the Eagles Meadow Shopping Centre in Wrexham, north Wales, on Wednesday afternoon.

    A North Wales Police spokesperson stated: ‘We are appealing for witnesses after a kid was hurt by a pet dog outside the River Island shop in Eagles Meadow at around 1.15pm on Wednesday afternoon.
