WASHINGTON — Nearly all of members of the Nationwide Parks System Advisory Board, which advises the federal authorities on administration of the nation’s nationwide parks, have collectively resigned to protest Trump administration insurance policies that the board members say have ignored science, squelched efforts to deal with local weather change and undermined environmental protections.
