In court files acquired by E! News on June 20, Elon Musk and Justine’s transgender child asked for a brand-new birth certificate and a name modification to Vivian Jenna Wilson through the Los Angeles County Superior Court inApril The 18- year-old likewise asked for her gender acknowledgment be altered from male to woman.
Amid the news, Justine– who divided from Elon in 2008– required to Twitter to share a conversation she had with among their 18- year-old twins on the subject of their youth, though she did not define whether she was speaking with Vivian or her twin bro, Griffin Musk
“‘I had a weird childhood,’ my 18 year old said to me. ‘I can’t believe I’m as normal-seeming as I am,'” Justin remembered. “I said, ‘I’m very proud of you.'”

Per the files, Elon and Justine’s child Vivian stated she “no longer lives with” or “wishes to be related to my biological father in any way, shape or form,” when discussing part of her thinking for the name modification.
