ENGLAND are making ready to face ambidextrous bowler Kamindu Mendis of their one-off Twenty20 match towards Sri Lanka tomorrow.
Mendis, 20, who can bowl left and right-arm spin, is about for his worldwide debut towards Eoin Morgan’s workforce.
He performed for the Sri Lanka Board XI in a warm-up match earlier this month, bowling off-spin to Morgan and switching to sluggish left-arm to Joe Root.
