Evelyn Lozada stated she’s very harmed by current remarks her ex-husband, previous NFL star Chad “Ochocinco” Johnson, made about his 2012 domestic violence case.
On Thursday, July 16, the Basketball Wives star launched a tearful video in reaction to Johnson’s tweet about the effect his domestic battery arrest had on his profession. “I lost my temper for once in life for 3 seconds & it cost me a lifetimes worth of work,” he tweeted without particularly pointing out the event. “I got it all back plus some after getting a 2nd chance & NOTHING will ever get me out of that happy space again.”
In Aug. 2012, Johnson was jailed and charged with domestic battery following a run-in with Lozada, who applied for divorce days after. He plead no contest to the charge and struck a plea handle district attorneys that led to a year-long probation sentence. The Miami Dolphins dropped Johnson from their lineup after his arrest and VH1 never ever aired the truth TELEVISION program starring the set.
Lozada had a hard time to keep back tears as she remembered the event, informing her 4 million Instagram fans that Johnson’s newest remarks are what keeps her from progressing with her life.
