Facebook struck BlackBerry with a claim Tuesday, declaring the business took its voice-messaging innovation and other trademarked procedures.

The social networks giant implicated BlackBerry of infringing on 6 patents in a grievance submitted in San Francisco federal court, Bloomberg reports.

Beyond the voice-messaging patent, Facebook states the Canadian service software application company and one-time phone huge infringed on tech utilized to enhance how mobile phones provide graphics, video and audio and another utilized to centralize GPS information tracking and analysis.

Neither Facebook nor BlackBerry right away reacted to ask for remark.

BlackBerry took legal action against Facebook in March, stating the business infringed on its mobile messaging tech for its own Messenger, along with its Instagram picture sharing app and WhatsApp messaging service.

It stated that match followed “several years of dialogue” with the social media.
