Facebook is getting ready to introduce a collection of news programs in the approaching months.
The programs will be special to Facebook Watch, from news publishers like CNN, Fox, ABC News, Univision and others, Facebook stated in a post Wednesday.
“With this effort, we are testing a destination for high quality and timely news content on the platform,” stated Campbell Brown, head of worldwide news collaborations, in the post.
This comes soon after Facebook stated it would exterminate its Trending Topics area, which has actually been bothersome as the business comes to grips with it relationship with news.
