He’s a fixture on the Lincoln Street Mall in Miami’s South Seaside space. He doesn’t have any arms — it’s not clear why — and he’s been seen portray photos along with his ft, the Miami Herald reported.

However on Tuesday, he was arrested and charged with aggravated battery, mentioned Miami-Dade Corrections.
The allegation? That he stabbed a vacationer with scissors he held in his ft.
The incident in query unfolded on Monday when Chicago resident Cesar Coronado, 22, and a feminine pal stopped within the South Seaside space to ask Crenshaw for instructions, the Miami New Instances reported.

Crenshaw then allegedly pulled out a pair of scissors, stabbed Coronado after which left the scene.
Coronado was discovered bleeding from his left arm; Crenshaw was arrested the next day and he informed an officer that the stabbing occurred in self-defence, the Herald reported.
Crenshaw has a courtroom date on July 18; his bond has been set at $7,500.
