Red King will take on the Semtex after a long time out of the octagon with his last fight happening in June 2016
RORY MacDONALD is looking to stamp his authority in the Bellator world on Friday night when he takes on Paul Daley at Wembley Arena.
MacDonald – also known as Red King – made the switch from UFC to Bellator as the expierenced MMA star prepares for his first fight in his new franchise.
The expierenced 27-year-old is certainly getting thrown into the lions den against Daley, as he will be against a British fighter in London.

The Red King’s opponent, whose ring name is ‘Semtex’, has earned four of his five Bellator victories by knockout.
MacDonald has not fought since June 2016after losing two consecutive fights in UFC – but he believes he will benefit from his time away from MMA.
He said: “I have trained really smart for this fight. The time off gave me a lot of time to reflect on the weaknesses I have had in the past, so I feel like I have addressed that.
“I feel like I have figured out a plan of action, which I am looking forward to showcasing it.
“I am okay with the crowd booing me, I think it’s a different energy but you can thrive off that as well.”
After making the switch from UFC to Bellator – MacDonald is looking to show his new franchise exactly what he is about.

He added: “I am here to make a statement and get the ball rolling again after such a long lay off.
“I have trained really hard and I am planning on going out to showcase the work I have done in the gym.
