UFC boss said he was sick and tired of waiting for the Canadian MMA icon to agree a date to dance with champion
MICHAEL BISPING’S sensational UFC middleweight title fight with Georges St-Pierre is NOT cancelled according to the iconic Canadian challenger.
England’s MMA hero has been growing tired of the delay in naming the date of the fight, with Bisping wanting a July showdown and GSP dithering over signing a deal with UFC.
UFC boss Dana White – already fuming about losing the September 16 date for Conor McGregor vs Floyd Mayweather to Canelo and Gennady Golovkin – snapped over GSP’s delaying and canned the fight.

But MMA legend St-Pierre has insisted the fight is still on and accused White of trying to pressurise him into signing the contract
Speaking to MMA fighting, GSP said: “I want to fight Bisping and I think Bisping wants to fight me.
“I just learned the news. I don’t know what to say.
“It might be an emotional response by Dana or maybe it’s to put pressure on me.
“In this sport, among fighters, when one fighter gets an opportunity, it always leaves more fighters unhappy than happy.
“It’s the nature of a one-man sport. I’ve been there.”
On Wednesday, a clearly seething White appeared to bin the highly publicised bout, just weeks after a huge press conference sparked global interest.

Yoel Romero is the dangerous middleweight fighter who wants the title shot at Bisping.
The Brit king had previously ruled out facing Romero – as he has history as a steroid cheat – but he has warmed to the idea and is ready to rumble.
