A road in a western German city acquired a repaving worthy of fictional sweet maker Willy Wonka when a ton of chocolate flowed out of a manufacturing facility and solidified.
The German newspaper Soester Anzeiger reported Tuesday “small technical defect” involving a storage tank brought on the candy and sticky spill from the DreiMeister chocolate manufacturing facility in Westoennen.
