Gmail’s private mode will be releasing in G Suite on June 25, Google revealed in a post Wednesday.

The mode will be on by default in Google’s suite of tools for company, and permits employees to set expiration dates and withdraw access to e-mails. Users can likewise need receivers to go through text authentication prior to being permitted to see an e-mail.

“Additionally, with confidential mode, recipients don’t have the option to forward, copy, print, or download their content or attachments,” the post, identified by VentureBeat, stated.

It’s currently readily available in beta mode — you can see typically how to utilize it in the GIF listed below.

Announced in August, private mode was presented initially to individual Gmail iOS and Android apps.

While the mode avoids receivers from forwarding, copying, printing or downloading private e-mails, they can still take screenshots.
