A senior male left specific death after getting caught and nearly falling onto the tracks.
The pensioner was conserved by a quick-thinking rail employee after he made a risky dash to board a moving train at Purnia Junction station in the eastern Indian state of Bihar.
Footage reveals him hurrying on to the platform and attempting to get on the carriage, which was currently leaving the station.
Fellow travelers searched in shock as he lost his balance and was dragged along the platform surface area, at danger of falling under the train on to the tracks.
Yet, in the nick of time, the neighboring rail employee sped over and carried him to security, prior to the train pulled up.
Government- owned Indian Railways, sharing the video online, tweeted in Hindi: ‘An alert RPF jawan saved a passenger who met with an accident while boarding a moving train in Bihar’ sPurnia Please do not try to board/deboard a moving train.’
There was lots of appreciation for the rescuer in remarks published in reaction, with Manish N. Koparkar stating: ‘Salute to this RPF Jawan who saved a life. May God bless you.’
Ravi Kumar composed: ‘Welldone!! you have done a great job. you have saved the precious life of a person. I was on board in this train.’
Another stated, ‘He deserves an out of turn promotion’, while a different commenter prompted: ‘Frequently, we are seeing such incidents happening. There must be some sort of permanent solution that must be implemented.’
