In footage that not too long ago emerged from an Aug. 31 incident at a Jack within the Field in Campbell, Calif., buyer ReVae Arnaud-Jensen could be seen arguing with a drive-thru employee who refuses to take her order, and even hearken to the reason as to why she couldn’t place the order on the speaker.

“I’m deaf,” Arnaud-Jensen could be heard telling him, at the start of a 2-minute clip she shared to Fb on Sunday.

“It’s OK, it’s OK — go to the speaker,” the worker responds, brushing her off.

Jack within the Field has since acknowledged that the worker seen within the video was fired by the proprietor of that location.

“We don’t tolerate the mistreatment of any clients and anticipate workers to comply with all coaching procedures, be respectful, courteous and accommodating to all company,” the chain stated in a press release obtained by Fox Information. “After an intensive investigation of the incident and direct contact with the native franchise proprietor, we perceive the worker within the video has been terminated.”
