James Corden got honest with Oprah Winfrey about his choice to start a heath journey with WW, the brand-new name for Weight Watchers.
On Feb. 13, Oprah hosted the WW Your Life in Focus virtual occasion that likewise consisted of Ciara and Jennifer Garner as visitors. Oprah revealed a clip of James revealing his strategy to start concentrating on his health with WW.
Upon enjoying the video, the Cats star informed Oprah, “Even just watching that video, it makes me feel quite emotional because I really have felt that every year. I really have had that feeling of like the definition of madness really isn’t it to just keep doing the same thing over and over and over and expecting different results, which is never going to happen.”
He shared that a person of the important things holding him back in his health journey was the preconception versus males dealing with getting much healthier.
“As a guy, it’s traditionally viewed as [not] extremely attractive to state that you’re on a diet plan, or it’s not extremely manly in some way to wish to make modifications in your own health,” he described. “Because men drink beer, and we go out, and it doesn’t matter what you look like, and all those things.”
