WWE star Kalisto’s spouse has blasted “the idiots” who “assaulted” her husband and left him needing stitches and with a possible fracture.
The high-flying star was smashed within the face by a full water bottle through the 205 Dwell present on Tuesday night time.
The stunning incident occurred when Kalisto, aged 31 and actual title Emanuel Alejandro Rodriguez, was teaming with Gran Metalik of their DQ victory over Brian Kendrick and Jack Gallagher.
Former Cruiserweight champ Kalisto was laying outdoors the ring after being attacked post-match when a bottle thrown from the group bounced off the ground and smack bang into his face.

Keith Burgdoff, who works as a parking coordinator for WWE, tweeted the day after the attack that security had captured the wrestling fan who had thrown the bottle.
The results of Kalisto’s MRI and news on a potential fracture have still not been revealed.
However, at the very least the masked superstar looks likely to be out of action for at least a number of weeks.
But any facial fracture could jeopardise his availability for the 2018 Royal Rumble on January 28.
Kalisto has been with WWE since 2013 after initially joining NXT.
Since his promotion onto the main roster he has held the United States Championship twice and most recently enjoyed a brief reign as Cruiserweight title holder.
