“The chorus of the book is, ‘When I leave for work, you may think I’m not around. But if you look closely, you’ll see I can be found,'” she stated. “‘Traces of magic here and there show that we’re an inseparable pair. Always with you, always with me, mommy and child, together we’ll be.'”
Having carried out on a few of the world’s greatest phases, there was one gig that Rowland was “so nervous” to do: checking out the book to her boy’s class.
“I just wanted to make Titan proud,” she shared. Rowland remembered how she discovered the kids figuring the chorus as they went through the book.
“Oh my gosh, my heart was just bursting,” she stated. “And then, the final day, they said it out loud, and I was like, ‘Thank y’all for having me!’ I was so happy.”
And though she didn’t wind up flubbing her words throughout the unique story time, making errors is something Rowland thinks is extremely essential for kids to discover.
