Filmmaker Kevin Smith thanked the Los Angeles Police Division on Friday for assist in coping with a stalking suspect who has allegedly been concentrating on Smith’s 19-year-old daughter.
“Thanks to the @LAPDHollywood,” Smith wrote on Twitter. “The child and I went in and filed one other criticism and the officers and detectives had been very useful, courteous and understanding. ‘Search for the helpers,’ as Mr. Rogers stated his Mother as soon as instructed him. ‘You’ll at all times discover people who find themselves serving to.'”

A couple of hours earlier, the director of “Clerks” and “Dogma” gave an outline of the suspect.
“Pricey @LAPDHollywood – This man has stalked my 19 yr outdated daughter on-line,” Smith tweeted, together with a photograph of the suspect. “She went in to the PD and filed a criticism weeks in the past.”
Smith went on to say the suspected stalker posted an Instagram video from a road nook that was “frighteningly shut” to Smith’s residence, including in one other tweet that the suspect was simply blocks away.
“Spooky stuff. What can we do now?” he requested the LAPD on Twitter.
The LAPD tweeted again and instructed Smith to name their detectives. Smith then stated in a second tweet that he did so and left a message.
