VETERAN Kim Clijsters inviteed a portly Wimbledon fan on court to face her serve in a tight skirt after he shouted advice to former Grand Slam champ.
In one of the most heartwarming moments of the championships, the Belgian stopped play during her invitation doubles match yesterday.
Roly-poly father-of-three Chris Quinn, from Wicklow, Ireland had told the ex-Australian Open and US Open winner where to serve from the stands of Court Three.
But rather than berate the gobby fan, the two-time Wimbledon semi-finalist beckoned him onto court to face her serve.
The 34-year-old asked her Australian team-mate Rennae Stubbs whether to serve at opponents Conchita Martinez and Andrea Jaeger wide or down the middle.
Clijsters called out: “You said ‘body’ – why don’t you go there?”
Martinez and Jaeger joined in the spirit and got Quinn on court – but there was a hitch, as every player has to wear all white, rather than the green and blue combo he was sporting.
So Clijsters proceeded to get a spare white skirt fr om her bag and a tight-fitting top – prompting Quinn to squeeze into the gear.

As he pulled the skirt up, Clijsters collapsed into a fit of the giggles before slamming a serve into his body – which he somehow managed to get back before sending his next shot into the net.
After another point, the group of ladies and fan had a photo and he returned to his seat to watch the match, which was won by Clijsters and Stubbs 6-2 7-5.
The friendly Quinn later wrote on Twitter: “Thank you for going easy on me with the serve. You have made me a bigger hero to my 3 daughters who worship you by the way.
He added: “Will teach me to open my mouth again. They were awesome. And I got to play in Wimbledon. One off the bucket list.”
