Lisa Vanderpump is dealing with yet another class action suit from a previous staff member of SUR.
Olivia Beverly Hanson submitted the suit on behalf July 31 on behalf of herself and others who operated at Vanderpump’s West Hollywood, Calif. dining establishment, which is included on Vanderpump Rules. According to the files acquired by E! News, Hanson is implicating Vanderpump and her spouse, fellow restaurateur Ken Todd, of breaking several California labor laws.
The filing declares that for a minimum of the previous one to 4 years, Vanderpump and Todd stopped working to pay employees minimum and overtime earnings, supply correct meal and rest breaks, supply precise wage declarations or supply employees with pay stubs at the end of their work.
Hanson declares she operated at SUR from Oct. 2019 to Jan. 2020. Her obligations at the high end restaurant consisted of “seating patrons, confirming reservations and answering phones,” the suit states.
