On Tuesday,Nov 30, Prime Video dropped the very first teaser for season 4 of The MarvelousMrs Maisel, which premieresFeb 18. What can fans anticipate from the brand-new season? Well, according to the brand-new video footage, Midge (Rachel Brosnahan) is all set to take her profession to the next level, although she’s still dealing with repercussions from her fallout with Shy Baldwin.
After Susie (Alex Borstein) guarantees Midge that they can put the previous debate behind them, the outspoken comedienne makes a strong statement: “No more opening act gigs.”
Unsurprisingly, Susie does not respond well to this need, however an unbothered Midge does not care, as she specifies, “I will only do gigs where I say what I want. That’s what Lenny would do.”
Susie attempts to advise her customer she isn’t Lenny Bruce and that this is “not how the business works.” Midge doubles down by advising her supervisor to make her a headliner, and includes, “Let’s change the business.”
