The president of Poland stated his federal government does not yet conclusively understand who fired a rocket that struck Polish area late Tuesday, eliminating 2 civilians.

Poland’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Zbigniew Rau summoned the ambassador of the Russian Federation “and demanded immediate detailed explanations,” Poland’s Foreign Ministry stated.
