Brooks Nader is warning others to be knowledgeable about their environments after what she calls the “scariest moment” including an Apple AirTag, a cordless tracking gadget.
In a video shared to her Instagram Stories onJan 6, the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit design declared that a complete stranger’s button-sized item– created to assist users find quickly lost products such as secrets– was utilized to track her place after it was slipped into her valuables throughout a current night out in New York City.
According to Nader, she made the discovery when she was heading house and got a notice on her phone that somebody had actually been tracking her motions.
“I was at a bar in Tribeca,” she remembered. “I was at the bar and waiting on someone alone and had my coat on the chair behind me. It was crowded. Lots of people.”
Nader, 25, stated that she “didn’t get any notifications” when she checked out other bars with good friends and just understood that her motions were being kept track of later on that night.
