Netflix’s ‘The Crown’ releases image of Olivia Colman starring as Queen Elizabeth II in new season

“The Crown” has a brand new matriarch.

The hit Netflix collection launched a teaser picture of actress Olivia Colman starring as Queen Elizabeth II through its Twitter account on Monday. The put up obtained greater than four,500 retweets and 19,000 likes. 

The 44-year-old is enjoying the royal in seasons three and 4 of the present, the primary of which can air subsequent 12 months, Selection reported.  


Colman beforehand praised actress Claire Foy, who performed a youthful model of the queen within the collection’ first and second seasons, as a “genius.”
