A two-year-old lady is recovering after two Newark, N.J., law enforcement officials carried out first assist on her after she almost drowned in a yard swimming pool.
Police responded to a name within the New Jersey metropolis on Sunday afternoon in about 90 seconds and on arrival have been greeted by the daddy.
