The 16-time world champion’s partner posts positive update on the Nature Boy as she vows he will be ‘back out enjoying all the fans’ soon
WWE legend Ric Flair is “doing very well” as he continues his “miracle” recovery after he was fighting for his life two weeks ago.
The 68-year-old underwent surgery after “severe abdominal pain” hospitalised him earlier this month.
Flair, a 16-time former world champion, was placed into a medically-induced coma before surgeons relieved an intestinal blockage.
But now the WWE icon’s fiancée has posted an update on the wrestler’s health, and thankfully it is good news.
Writing on her Facebook page, Wendy Barlow said: “I can honestly say I have witnessed a miracle.
“He is doing very well for a man who has been through so much.
“He will begin physical therapy shortly and will be stronger than ever and back out enjoying all the fans sooner than you would think.”
The Wrestler Observer had previously reported that he needed colon surgery to remove the blockage.

It was reported that his problems had been the “catalyst” for an array of different health issues, including kidney failure.
Flair was said to be on kidney dialysis as a result of his op.
However, Barlow denied those reports and revealed that the Nature Boy had a portion of his bowel removed.
He had remained in a critical condition until last week, when his representative told TMZ that he was “awake, communicating and progressing.”
Flair is expected to remain in hospital for the next couple of weeks before making a complete and full recovery.
