Britain will be ‘plunged into the sea’ if Russia were to release a nuclear attack, Kremlin propaganda has actually cautioned.
In what would have been unimaginable simply 3 months earlier, Vladimir Putin has actually consistently threatened the West with nuclear war.
Most just recently, Russian state television broadcast a strange video threatening to attack Britain with a hypersonic rocket, referred to as Satan -2, and an ‘underwater robot drone’, referred to as Poseidon.
Dmitry Kiselyov, called Putin’s propagandist-in-chief, stated: ‘What will happen after Boris Johnson’ s words about a vindictive strike on Russia?
‘Why do they threaten huge Russia with nuclear weapons while they are just a little island?
‘The island is so little that a person Sarmat rocket suffices to drown it at last. Russian rocket Sarmat [aka Satan-2], the world most effective … can … ruining a location the size of Texas or England.
‘A single launch, Boris, and there is no England anymore. Once and for all. Why do they play games?’
As Mr Kiselyov spoke, an animated clip revealed the path a rocket would handle a map– with explosion-like sound impacts.
The Putin stooge went on: ‘Another choice to plunge Britain into the depths of the sea is the Russian undersea robotic drone Poseidon.
‘This tidal wave (the Poseidon would cause) is also a carrier of extremely high doses of radiation. Surging over Britain, it will turn what is probably left of them into a radioactive desert, permanently unusable for anything.’
Satan -2 can take a trip as much as 15,880 miles per hour and is explained by the Kremlin as‘unstoppable’
.
The Poseidon is thought to have an undersea speed of 125 miles per hour. Details about the possibly nuclear torpedo are top-secret inRussia
.
It follows Mr Johnson dismissed worries about the risk of nuclear warfare and stated he does not think the West needs to make ‘concessions’ forPutin
.
He informed TalkTV: ‘Given the huge Russian support for what [Putin] is doing, provided the evident obliviousness of the Russian media about what is actually occurring in Ukraine, the paradox is that Putin has even more political area to pull back, to withdraw.’
This is in spite of Russian foreign minister Sergei Lavrov alerting the world that the risk of nuclear dispute‘should not be underestimated’
