The man has pleaded guilty to ‘performing a lewd act in public’ but does NOT have to register as a sex offender
THE security guard who was filmed performing a sex act on himself during an NFL game has pleaded guilty – but does NOT have to register as a sex offender.
Shocking video footage was released in December last year that showed the man moving his hand up and down inside his pocket while watching dancing cheerleaders who were just a few feet away.
Unbelievably, this took place in front of 68,000 fans at a San Diego Chargers American Football game in the US.

The video was uploaded to Facebook, and his company, Elite Security, immediately dismissed him.
The firm and the football club apologised to “anyone who was offended”.
He was then investigated and charged by the police, and went on to plead guilty to committing a lewd act in public.

The man, whose identity has not been revealed, was sentenced to three years probation and counselling for what court documents listed as “sexual component”.
How does not, however, have to register as a sex offender.
The New York Post reports that the security official “passed all state and federal background checks prior to being hired”.
A statement from his company, Elite Security, read: “There was nothing in the screening process that would indicate this type of conduct was foreseeable.
“Elite has many loyal hard-working employees and they should not be judged by the actions of this one regretful, isolated incident.”
