Here’s something that’s settling our wanderlust: The Amazing Race will go back to CBS on Wednesday, Oct. 14, which suggests 11 brand-new groups will prepare to take a trip the world—and provide glances of remote locations we can just imagine touring.
On Tuesday, Sept. 22, CBS presented the carefully-selected pairings who contend for that sought after $1 million reward. Among them? Former NFL pros DeAngelo Williams and Gary Barnidge, Olympic hurdlers Kellie Brinkley and LaVonne Idlette, plus a father-son duo, numerous sets of brother or sisters and an enthusiastic-looking gay couple.
This fall, the 11 groups will start the competitors at the Hollywood Bowl in Los Angeles and continue taking part in psychological and physical difficulties in Trinidad and Tobago, France, Germany, Kazakhstan, Brazil and more.
As for how production is taking place securely amidst the international pandemic, audiences have no factor to stress. Longtime host Phil Keoghan kept in mind in the video above that the whole season was shot prior to the break out of the coronavirus. Phew.
