Sharon Osbourne still has plenty to state.
During a look on Fox & &(*************************************************************** )Weekends onSept25,Osbourne resolved her shooting from the CBS daytime chat program The Talk in March 2021, which followed her strong defense of questionable remarks made by Piers Morgan about Meghan Markle
“I’ve worked in this industry for 50 years, actually, 55,” Osbourne stated. “I didn’t want that to be the end of my career, and I thought it was unfair.”
At the time, Osbourne defended her buddy Morgan who, after Markle’s headline-making primetime interview with Oprah Winfrey, argued that Markle might have been lying about her battles with psychological health, stating, “I would not think it if [Markle] read me the weather forecast.”
The Talk co-host Sheryl Underwood considered Morgan’s remarks “racist,” which culminated in a heated on-air conversation. Osbourne eventually left the program weeks later on after an internal evaluation.
“[Piers] is not racist. I’m not racist. But since he stated something about someone who is blended race, is that the best word?” Osbourne questioned throughout her Fox & & Friends look. “He’s deemed racist and that’s not fair.”
The internal evaluation likewise revealed accusations made by previous The Talk co-host Holly Robinson-Peete, who declared Osbourne called her “too ghetto” for the chat program, and previous co-host Leah Remini, who declared Osbourne often utilize racially-charged language when referencing host Julie Chen Moonves
Osbourne rejected all accusations made versus her, with her associate Howard Bragman stating in a declaration to E! News, “The only thing worse than a disgruntled former employee is a disgruntled former talk show host.”
