Silvio Scaglia Haart Responds to Julia Haart's Lawsuit

Revealed: The Secrets our Clients Used to Earn $3 Billion

Julia Haart and Silvio Scaglia Haart‘s split is getting untidy.

Last week, E! News reported that Julia, 50 had actually applied for divorce after 3 years of marital relationship and was fired as president of Silvio’s business Elite WorldGroup Her separated spouse, the group’s chairman, then submitted a claim versus the My Unorthodox Life star. In the files, gotten by E! News, he declared that after he emailed her about her termination, she “illegally transferred” $850,000 from an account owned by Freedom Holding– a business he established that controls Elite World Group, to another account she manages.

OnFeb 11, Julia submitted an action in a Delaware court to resolve her supposed “unauthorized purported termination.”

“Until the recent dispute over the potential sale of both the martial apartment and EWG, the parties closely coordinated and were aligned on all major business affairs,” Julia’s lawyers declared in court files. “What changed has nothing whatsoever to do with Haart’s performance as CEO of EWG…Rather, what changed is that Haart refused to allow Scaglia to sell off EWG and the apartment in the equivalent of a fire sale so that Scaglia could obtain much needed cash to fund his new business venture.”
