The much buzzed about dispute in between Kamala Harris and Mike Pence was parodied completely on Saturday Night Live’s Oct. 10 episode. While Maya Rudolph and Beck Bennett got huge laughs for their representations of the dueling prospects, it was Jim Carrey as Joe Biden who actually took the program, thanks to his improvement into the fly that arrived on Pence’s head.
Social media lost it when, throughout the dispute on Oct. 7, a fly landed in Pence’s hair, and didn’t move for a long, very long time. In SNL‘s variation of the occasion, that fly wasn’t simply a regular bug. Instead, it was Carrey’s Biden, who, in a scene cut from the 1986 Jeff Goldblum sci-fi flick The Fly, utilized a teleportation device to land as the pest on Pence’s hair.
It’s not long prior to Carrey’s Biden is providing Goldblum’s speech from Jurassic Park as the fly, this time, comparing Republicans to dinosaurs.
