    Police are examining after a minimum of 20 youths were discovered dead inside a bar in South Africa with‘no signs of visible injury’

    The bodies were discovered ‘strewn across chairs’ in Enyobeni Tavern, a popular place in the suburban area of Scenery Park in the southern city of EastLondon

    The victims are all thought to be in between the ages of 18 and 20, cops stated.

    Local media stated the death toll might be as high as 22 and there is speculation those who passed away were exposed to some type of toxin or passed away throughout a stampede.

    ‘We are going to conduct autopsies as soon as possible to establish the probable cause of death. The deceased have been taken to state mortuaries.’

    The owner of the club, Siyakhangela Ndevu, informed regional broadcaster eNCA that he had actually been contacted us to the scene early on Sunday.

    Brigadier Tembinkosi Kinana informed Newsroom Afrika: ‘The SAPS validates an occurrence where individuals were discovered dead in a pub in Scenery Park in the location of East London.

    ‘We got this report in the early hours ofSunday The scenarios surrounding the occurrence are under examination as we speak.

    ‘We do not want to make any speculation at this stage, our investigation is continuing.’
