Stephanie Pratt is dealing with reaction for incorrectly declaring Heidi Montag is pregnant.
On April 23, Made in Chelsea and The Hills alum required to her Instagram Story to publish an image of Heidi, who is wed to her bro Spencer Pratt, using a swimwear at the beach. She captioned the image, “Yay Heidi’s pregnant! I hope she has a little girl this time. Cute bump.”
Except, Heidi isn’t pregnant…and rather of a well-meaning congratulations, the post is apparently a dig at her sister-in-law’s body. Stephanie likewise came for her bro: She captioned a 2nd photo of Spencer at the beach, “I wonder what my brother is having.”
Heidi and Spencer’s fans were puzzled why Stephanie, who Spencer has actually had stress with previously on The Hills, would share this “pregnancy” news.
“Stephanie just posted ur pregnant but I don’t see that u posted it,” a fan composed in the remarks area of on a brand-new Instagram post Heidi shared. “Wtf I hope she’s not revealing it for u.”
Spencer responded, “Heidi is not pregnant. Just being body shamed.”
