The incredible world of RuPaul’s Drag Race is formally broadening with Drag Race Spain, the 6th worldwide version of the Emmy-winning franchise. World of Wonder, the production business behind the program, shared the huge news on Nov. 16, verifying the series will stream on WOW Presents Plus in the U.S. and Atresplayer Premium in Spain.
“It is such an honor to invite Spain to the Drag Race household, partner with Atres, and bring the intense incredible glamour of Spanish queens to brand-new audiences all over the world on WOW Presents Plus,” World of Wonder co-founders Randy Barbato and Fenton Bailey stated in a declaration. “In these dark and tough times our company believe individuals require Drag Race‘s pleasure, laughter, and heart now especially.”
So far, the host, judges, cast and best date for Drag Race Spain have yet to be exposed. But if the series follows the format of other worldwide variations, then we anticipate RuPaul to occasionally appear through pre-recorded introductions that direct the queens through their difficulties.
The Spanish variation of the franchise signs up with worldwide series based out of Thailand, Chile, Canada, Holland and the U.K.
