    The victims are being carried to a burns system in another healthcare facility, while other clients are being moved to close-by medical facilities.

    It’s thought the fire was most likely begun by ‘a short circuit’, Romania’s health minister Nelu Tataru stated.

    Piatra Neamt has to do with 220 miles north of the capital, Bucharest.
