Caitlyn Jenner, America’s best-known transgender movie star, stated on Thursday that she had been flawed to help U.S. President Donald Trump, saying he had insulted the transgender group and turned them into political pawns.
Jenner, 68, who introduced her transition from Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner to Caitlyn in 2015, voted for Republican Trump within the 2016 presidential election regardless of criticism from the lesbian, homosexual, bisexual and transgender (LGBT) group.
In an opinion piece for the Washington Publish on Thursday she stated she had hoped to work with Trump and Republican policymakers to help transgender individuals.
“Sadly, I used to be flawed. The fact is that the trans group is being relentlessly attacked by this president.

“He has ignored our humanity. He has insulted our dignity. He has made trans individuals into political pawns as he whips up animus towards us in an try to energise essentially the most right-wing phase of his get together,” Jenner wrote.
Jenner’s opinion piece was printed after a report this week that the Trump administration was making an attempt to create a slim definition of gender as being solely male or feminine and unchangeable as soon as it’s decided at start.
“It’s unacceptable, it’s upsetting, and it has deeply, personally damage me,” wrote Jenner, the previous patriarch on actuality tv present Preserving Up with the Kardashians.
Jenner, and rapper Kanye West who’s married to Kim Kardashian, have been two of the most important movie star supporters of Trump.
However she wrote on Thursday, “I can’t help anybody who’s working towards our group. I don’t help Trump. I need to be taught from my errors and transfer ahead.”
